Our Staff

Youssef Kchiere brings twenty years of distinguished service in the Moroccan army, where he retired with the rank of Major. His extensive experience managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams helps him to ensure that every Magnolia customer receives the best possible project experience. Youssef holds a Bachelor of Science from the Royal Military Academy and a Master’s in Global Security from Arizona State University. Youssef is multilingual and is happy to communicate with you in Arabic and French, and would also welcome the chance to practice his Italian and Spanish! Youssef resides in Somerset County and enjoys watching sports, traveling, and exploring different cultures.
